I lead the team that takes on the engagements nobody else can unblock — systems failing in production, projects late for architectural rather than delivery reasons, and integrations that were supposed to be simple. Most of that work now involves AI in some form: designing agent systems that have to hold up against real enterprise estates, or using AI to understand systems nobody remembers building.

- Set the architectural direction for AI adoption across delivery teams, including where human review stays non-negotiable
- Introduced specification-driven development with agents in the loop, and the review discipline that makes it safe
- Recovered engagements that were architecturally stuck, rather than adding people to them

The mobile work counts for more than it looks — building for Android and iOS teaches you about constrained environments, offline state and release processes in a way server work never does.
