Over eleven years at SOIN my role has grown from building software to setting technical direction across architecture, cloud, infrastructure, security, and AI. Today I lead SWAT, the team responsible for the company's most complex technical initiatives and innovation work.

I lead SOIN's SWAT team, responsible for complex technical initiatives across AI, cloud and infrastructure, software architecture, modernization, security, and innovation. I set the technical direction, make the key architecture decisions, bring the right specialists together, and turn problems without an established playbook into systems the company can build and operate. That includes new agent platforms and engineering approaches as well as production-critical systems that require deep technical investigation.

- Led the architectural direction for SOIN's agentic AI and AI-native engineering initiatives, including where human review stays non-negotiable
- Established reusable platform and engineering patterns for AI systems instead of treating every agent as a standalone project
- Introduced specification-driven development and stronger human verification into AI-assisted delivery
- Led technical investigation and architectural recovery for high-complexity production systems

Building for Android and iOS taught me about constrained environments, offline state, and release processes in a way server-side work alone could not.
